I had two prescriptions called in by the dermatologist. The MD mentioned that RVA Pharmacy will go out of their way to find the lowest cost for prescriptions. I was definitely expecting to pay something but both of the prescriptions had a zero copay! When I picked up the prescriptions, the pharmacist was super helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending RVA Pharmacy to others! Thanks for the great service!

Fantastic experience today with RVA Pharmacy! Prescription my dermatologist ordered for me was WAY too expensive at my regular pharmacy, so she sent the order here. (My insurance unfortunately didn't cover this medication.) RVA was able to provide it at a very affordable cost through discount programs they found I was eligible for. I would definitely recommend RVA Pharmacy!

normally i get my prescription at cvs or walmart but my doctor recommended here because my prescription would be cheaper. it was a LOT cheaper then what i expected and the lady who answered the phone and set everything up was extremely friendly and helpful

I am so bad at remembering to refill my prescription on time. They called/texted me multiple times because I just needed to approve the refill, and of course I procrastinated so when I called back I needed it really quickly. The woman I spoke to on the phone, omg- she is sooo sweet and helpful, she said she would get it out today, she said "don't worry girlie, we got it from here." are you kidding me- does she want to be my best friend?! i've never written a review about a pharmacy lol but wow, I am so impressed and thankful my script that my insurance doesn't cover got transferred here. It is affordable, painless, and that customer service was 10/10. Thank you!!

I’ve been taking the same medication for months and have been having my prescription filled by CVS. I offhandedly mentioned to my Doctor that my prescription has to be ordered every time I get it, so she recommended RVA Pharmacy to me. They had the medication in stock and informed me that the copay would be $50(which I expected and had been paying for months). On my way to pick up my prescription, the pharmacist called me back and said that they were able to reduce my copay to 0. I really appreciate RVA going out of their way to look into this for me without me even asking. Great experience and I will be using them from now on for any future prescriptions.

RVA pharmacy has always been so pleasant to work with. They had a medication I couldn’t find at Walgreens, and I’m so grateful they had it in stock. The staff are very friendly and attentive. 100% recommend going through RVA.

Best compounding pharmacy around. The pharmacist and the entire staff are so knowledgeable and kind. Very competitive pricing with shipping. Give them time to order items. I will definitely continue to order not just my compounded prescription but regular Scripts too. Thank you

I have had the best experiences with this pharmacy. The front desk person is lovely, friendly and helpful. The pharmacist places your needs as a customer as a priority. I find my prescription is available and quickly shipped right to my door. What an improvement over the large pharmacy chains. Thank you RVa for a professional staff that really cares for your customers.

My drs office recommended them for a script that doesn’t have a generic yet. They worked their magic and I got it for a reasonable price, shipped to my home. It’s nice to see a locally owned pharmacy.

Wonderful pharmacy! They were able to fill my prescription for much less than other places. Staff is always patient and go out of their way to help! My meds are delivered to the house at no extra charge. Definitely recommend this amazing business!!
